Steve Weisberg,
VP of Technical
Mr. Weisberg is Vice President, Technical and has been directly involved
with Intrepid AviationSM since its inception. He also serves as President
of Pro-Tech Advisors, Inc., a technical consulting firm.
Mr. Weisberg began his career at Batch Air, a maintenance / repair organization,
and later became Manager Technical Services for International Air Leases. From 1993 until 1997, Mr. Weisberg worked as Manager of Technical Services,
and later, Vice-President, of Pro-Tech Advisors. During this tenure at
Pro-Tech, he directed and performed physical surveys and detailed records
audits of aircraft for various financial institutions, leasing companies
and airlines. He also performed technical feasibility studies, cargo
modification specifications and FAA certification for commercial aircraft
and engines.
Mr. Weisberg's
20 years of aircraft leasing experience includes all technical aspects
of the acquisition, maintenance, lease management and sale of over fifty
commercial aircraft.
Mr. Weisberg is a FAA licensed airframe and power plant technician.
